Nautilus Properties, a burgeoning Jamaican real estate player, came knocking with an intriguing request: an interactive 3D architectural visualization model to help their clientele envision property layouts. Driven by their needs, our team aimed to craft a photorealistic, immersive model that could bring their property blueprints to life.
How We Solve This Project
Immersion and Ideation: To start, we jumped headfirst into the fascinating world of Jamaican real estate. We got our hands dirty, learning the nitty-gritty of Nautilus’ target customers and what makes them tick when they’re property hunting. This invaluable insight guided us in ideating a 3D model that would not just inform, but engage and inspire potential buyers.
Crafting the Virtual Blueprint: Once we had a clear understanding of what we were aiming for, we got down to the fun part: creating the 3D model.
